Frequently asked questions

How do I convert a PDF to JPG?

Choose your PDF, keep JPG selected, and click Convert to images. Each page becomes a picture. A one-page PDF downloads as a single image and longer ones download as a zip.

Can I convert only some pages?

Yes. Type the pages you want in the Pages box, for example 1-3, 5, or leave it empty to convert every page.

Should I choose JPG or PNG?

JPG gives smaller files and suits photos and scans. PNG is lossless and is sharper for text and line art, but the files are bigger.

What do the quality options mean?

They set the picture resolution in DPI. 150 DPI suits screens and sharing, 300 DPI suits printing, and 96 DPI gives the smallest files.

Can it open a password-protected PDF?

No. Remove the password first, then convert it.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The pages are drawn in your browser and the document stays on your device.
